Threeways Nursing Home in Seaford, together with The Devonshire Nursing Home in Eastbourne, are family-owned and run and have been since 1970.

Threeways enables elderly people to continue living as independently as possible by receiving care and support consistent with their needs.

Threeways Nursing Home is a unique 45-bedroom nursing home in the heart of Seaford, East Sussex. We primarily provide nursing care, but four rooms are reserved for residents requiring personal care only. These residential rooms offer a comfortable, long-term option, with the flexibility to move to a nursing room if care needs change, allowing residents to stay in the same Home throughout.

Whether considering care for yourself or a loved one, you’ll find a warm, professionally supported setting where comfort, dignity and wellbeing come first. The home offers long-term, short-term and respite care, as well as compassionate palliative support, delivering expert, person-centred care for those living with life-limiting conditions.

At Threeways Nursing Home, we value every individual who chooses to make their home with us and welcome people from all backgrounds. Each resident is treated with dignity and respect, with care tailored to their personal needs, preferences and wishes.
