“You answered my prayers when I picked up the phone and requested a room.  You then spent a generous amount of time finding out more about my brother, Trevor, his likes and dislikes.  These three weeks have really put him back on his feet.  I knew he was safe and cherished and now he is looking well again.  He has eaten and enjoyed food that he previously ‘disliked’ and will now buy and eat at home.  I saw your wonderful staff in action.  Special thanks to Maz for helping Trevor with techie things. 

Also to Laura for the big welcoming hug.  So pleased she has found a second chance of happiness.  The presentation of tea and cakes when we arrived and how appetising Trevor’s tea looked is a credit to your catering staff.  Looking back I have to smile how Trevor made a few unilateral decisions but your good sense prevailed.  You are a safe pair of hands, you have done your 10,000 hours and know which way is up.  Thank you for all you and your staff have done us.  It has been such a comfort for me trying to help my brother from so far away.”
