Care Plan

It is the responsibility of a registered nurse to draw up residents' care plans using information that we have obtained.  These are reviewed on a monthly basis unless the condition changes in some way when they will be reviewed more often.

Both the resident and their family will be involved in this process and from these individual care plans, our staff will be able to ensure care needs are met.
