• The possession or use of drugs or any controlled substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.

• Threeways is a no smoking home.

• The home is fitted with a continually monitored fire alarm system and is subject to weekly testing.

• We have installed effective quality monitoring systems.

• Under the Regulations contained within the Care Standards Act we are required to ensure that all electrical and mechanical equipment is certified as safe by qualified engineers. 

• We have CCTV in all communal areas for everyone’s safety.
