Threeways place a strong emphasis on providing the highest quality service possible for all of its residents.
All residents of the Home should:
Expect the highest quality care and accommodation possible
Be given a say in the running of the home through meetings and residents' survey carried out annually
Be free to complain and to have their complaints welcomed and acted upon promptly.
We want everything we do in our Home to be driven by the needs, abilities and aspirations of our residents, not by what staff and management would think was right. We do recognise how easily this focus can slip and we will remain vigilant to ensure that facilities, resources, policies, activities and services of the home remain resident-led.
The Management team are responsible for establishing, maintaining and implementing a Quality Management System within the Home.
